What is a better software for Architects ? Can i use for Free download architect software ? . The answer is : There is no best and better for architects software, it is depend on the architect skill. Based on my experience Auto cad is better for 2D Drawing, 3dsMax is better for 3D image, SAP is better for Structure engineer, and others program .

Can i build a Villa at small land

This is good question from my old friend in Kerobokan . How Can i build a Villa at small land dimension ? . . . The answer is , yes you can . My frien call , Andre . He from Br. Anyar Kerobokan . He ask me to design a small Villa in small land , The land dimension is around 125 sqm, 9,5 metre in the front and 12, 8 depth .

He already find more than 3 architect to design his small Villa at kerobokan. But all the architect did not match what Andre want in Architecture as well.

Well, with my honest i give to Andre one design that already provide all Villa requirement. Complate with Carport, Lotus pond and fish inside it, Kitchen and dinning table, living room, guest toilet, 2 bedroom with 1 sharing bathroom, swimming pool 3 metre x 5,5 metre, Gazebo with lazy chair on the sundeck.

Even in a small size of the land you can build a villa with best architecture based on traditional style and own sketch.

Lombok is one of Indonesian Island beside Bali Island , the location is exactly in the east of Bali Island. Today many project development are growth there, why ? . . . Because the land price on Lombok Island is rather Cheap than Bali land.
